Research Association

ArbOrg Utveckling AB is a knowledge-based company that supplies 

public and private organizations with consultancy services about management development and effectiveness. 

The company uses qualified R&D methods for application and instigates new research. Its applications include education, 

social services and healthcare, industry, and military sectors. 

Its scientific capability is based on R&D by the associated 

Communication Research Unit. Periods of intensive applications 

change with periods of internal innovative development and preparation.

The company’s forerunner in 1980-90 was the trading company Kommunikationspsykologisk konsult HB (run by Lauritz Brännström and Bo Strangert) with the role of training participants in organizational development projects in healthcare and social services and producing and distributing books and information material. During 1991-2006, most applications were subordinated administratively to Umeå University, Luleå Technical University, and Karolinska Institutet (LIME).

From late 2005, all functions of R&D and field application were integrated into the new company, ArbOrg Utveckling AB.
